General COVID-19 measures

As of March 23, we can organize the meeting in person with no restrictions.
A Covid-19 certificate is no longer needed to enter the congress venues. Face masks are no longer mandatory in public transport, in the congress venues and restaurants/bars/shops in the city. A Passenger Locator Form (PLF) is no longer needed within the EU.
Of course, we ask all participants to follow the hygiene rules: wash your hands, cough/sneeze into your elbow and stay home when you are sick.

Travelling to Belgium

The Passenger Locator Form (PFL) must be filled in by everyone who, directly or indirectly, travels to Belgium from a country OUTSIDE the European Union or Schengen area that is not on the white list (which you can find here), by train, bus, boat or plane. The PLF document can be found here and must be filled in maximum 48h prior to your arrival in Belgium. In all other cases, you may fill in the PLF, but it is not mandatory.
