Tuesday, 26th of August
We will be hosting a reception at the conference venue,
York Marriott Hotel.
The reception starts at 7pm and will continue for about an hour and a half. There will be a BBQ at Marriott.
Wednesday, 27th of August
The
York Racecourse will be the venue for the conference dinner on Wednesday. Coaches will be arranged from the conference venue to get to the York Racecourse which is close by the Marriott Hotel.
Thursday, 28th of August
The banquette dinner will be held at the
National Railway Museum which is the largest railway museum in the world. Participants will be able to see the largest locomotive in the museum that is the
Chinese locomotive, the only Japanese Bullet Train outside Japan, a world class collection of Royal trains, which includes a collection of Royal carriages, from those used by Queen Victoria to Queen Elizabeth II
and many more. There will be a reception before the dinner and participants will be able to join the turntable demo and follow the explainers. Coaches will be arranged from the conference venue to get to the museum.
Friday, 29th of August
Each fully registered participant (including students) will be provided with a ticket at the registration desk for
YorkBoat guided river trip.

Coaches will be arranged from the conference venue to take this tour on Friday afternoon.
